Delivery Terms & Conditions

 

All goods purchased are new & conform to all required regulations regarding the sale of Displays. Staff directly employed by us will carry out the delivery of your order unless other arrangements have been made.

Delivery time & date will be agreed in advance. Any changes must be notified 24 hours before, or an aborted call fee of £30.00 + VAT may apply. Delivery slots are available Monday to Saturday, Mornings 9am - 1pm and afternoons 1pm - 5pm.

A redelivery charge and/or aborted call fee will apply after failure to deliver due to:

1. Unable to gain access to the premises because recipient not in.

2. Incorrect Graphics ordered.

3. Poor access i.e. narrow doorway or hall, low ceilings, stair turnings etc.

All delivered graphics will be left assembled & ready to use in the appropriate rooms, with all packaging removed, where possible. 

Disposal of graphics that we are replacing is charged at £20 + VAT per delivery on a like for like basis. Delivery is free anywhere in London on orders over £350.00 + VAT. For smaller orders please contact us for a delivery quotation. 

All goods remain the property of Surrey & London Banners until receipt of full payment.
